about

The Twelve Canons were formed sometime in 2001 or 2002 in Des Moines, Iowa by singer/guitarist Jim DuRocher. After three ... more albums with members Sam Gold and Alex Body, the Twelve Canons stripped back to a two-piece with the addition of multi-instrumentalist Justin Norman. The music combines folk, pop, and unbridled horror into one bitter, but ultimately rewarding package. less
